Position overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate to drive growth across our B2B services and B2C education verticals. This dual-focused role requires a versatile professional who can identify and convert corporate clients while also serving as an academic counsellor to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Business Development

Find and reach out to companies that could benefit from our services.

Research potential clients and create a list of businesses to approach.

Stay updated on market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Present our services to companies through meetings and proposals.

Build strong relationships with business clients and maintain regular contact.

Work with internal teams to ensure clients receive excellent service.

B2C Admissions and Academic Counselling

Handle inbound leads provided by the company for business school programs.

Counsel prospective students on course offerings, career outcomes, and program benefits

Give clear and convincing sales pitches to turn prospects into enrolled students.

Manage the complete admission cycle from initial contact to enrollment.

Maintain detailed records of all interactions and conversions in the CRM system.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings.

Sales and target management

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both B2B and B2C verticals.

Create and present engaging presentations and sales pitches.

Required skills & qualifications

Bachelors degree (any field)

1-2 years of experience in business development , B2B/ B2C sales, or academic counselling

Proficiency in English communication is a plus

Strong presentation and negotiation abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
