Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales team and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. - Identify new market opportunities and create plans to tap into them. - Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. - Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Oversee daily sales operations and coordinate with other teams for smooth business flow. - Handle key accounts and close high-value deals. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or in a similar senior sales role in the education field. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies accordingly. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable. - Female candidates preferred.
