Business Development Associate (Sales Process) who can manage outbound sales calls, drive customer engagement, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate must be confident, stable in work history, target-driven, and able to handle customer conversations with clarity and professionalism.
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Support / Outbound Calling / Tele-Sales / Customer Relationship roles
Key Responsibilities:
Please ensure the candidate has hands-on experience in the following areas:
1. Outbound Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to new & existing customers. Understand customer requirements and maintain high call quality and professional communication.
2. Sales Conversion & Lead Handling: Create interest, follow up on leads, and convert them into paying customers. Also work toward daily/weekly/monthly sales & engagement targets.
3. Customer Support & Problem Handling: Listen actively to customer concerns and provide the right product recommendations and solutions.
4. CRM & Data Management: Update customer details, call notes, and sales reports in CRM and maintain accurate and organized records.
5. Opportunity Spotting & Upselling: Identify potential buying signals and recommend suitable gaming products based on customer interest.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with gaming products & categories.
Communication: Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory). Confident and clear communication over phone.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
