Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to build a career in B2B sales within the wood products industry. The company will provide quality leads to help you succeed in achieving your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales by converting company-provided quality leads into business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients including furniture manufacturers, interior designers, and construction companies

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate rubber wood products

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients

• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential:

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales (freshers with sales aptitude are welcome)

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work with deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Preferred:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Good communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
