Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong sales experience in the Solar Energy B2B sector. This is a performance-focused role where you will be directly responsible for driving sales from the very first month, ensuring sustainable growth for both you and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential B2B clients in the solar energy industry.
• Pitch and sell our products – Data Loggers, WMS, RMS, SCADA – to EPCs, developers, and O&M companies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

Requirements

Proven sales experience in the Solar Energy sector (B2B).Sound technical understanding of solar monitoring systems.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Self-driven with the ability to meet targets independently.Willingness to work from office (Full-time or Part-time).
