Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, lead generation, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong business relationships. Daily tasks will involve identifying potential clients, developing strategic plans to meet business targets, and effective communication with clients to understand and fulfill their needs. This is a performance-focused role where you will be directly responsible for driving sales from the very first month, ensuring sustainable growth for both you and the company. Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential B2B clients in the solar energy industry. Pitch and sell our products – Data Loggers, WMS, RMS, SCADA – to EPCs, developers, and O&M companies. Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Proven sales experience in the Solar Energy sector (B2B). Sound technical understanding of solar monitoring systems. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
