We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate, Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to clients within a defined territory. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the company's products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct product/service presentations and provide detailed information about the company's offerings.
Organize and participate in promotional activities, conferences, and trade shows.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Collect and report market feedback and insights.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Adhere to all ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, and customer service.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or any related education.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
Strong understanding of the sales process.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Results-oriented and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Fluency in Telugu and English.
