Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify and engage with potential clients in healthcare, education, and B2B sectors to expand Heybuddy’s footprint.
  • Market Research:

    Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to spot new opportunities for business growth.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:

    Build, manage, and convert a robust sales pipeline from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Client Engagement:

    Conduct product/solution demos, presentations, and negotiations to onboard new clients.
  • Partnership Development:

    Develop strategic partnerships with businesses, platforms, and networks that amplify Heybuddy’s reach.
  • Revenue Growth:

    Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute directly to company growth.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Reporting:

    Share regular insights with leadership on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.


Requirements

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles (preferably in

    B2B services, SaaS, or Marketing/Advertising agencies

    )
  • Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue
  • Prior experience working with

    Healthcare, Education, or B2B sectors

    is a plus
  • Team-handling or mentoring experience is desirable


Skills

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, with the ability to convey Heybuddy’s value proposition clearly
  • Strong negotiation & deal-closing skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and optimize sales strategies
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, data insights, and digital marketing platforms
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Marketing, Creative Tech, SaaS, or Digital Transformation solutions
  • Exposure to

    Hospitals, Schools, Colleges, and enterprise-level clients

  • Ability to lead/mentor junior sales executives
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools or platforms is an added advantage
