Our mission-driven teams translate advanced research into accessible point-of-care solutions that improve patient outcomes and reduce antimicrobial resistance. Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end sales funnel from prospecting to deal closure across hospitals, diagnostic chains, and government health bodies.
  • Conduct market mapping, identify high-potential accounts, and craft value propositions tailored to microbiology and infectious-disease departments.
  • Lead on-site product demos of our genomic sequencing platform, negotiate commercial terms, and secure annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Marketing teams to develop KOL partnerships, case studies, and conference visibility.
  • Feed customer insights to the Product team, influencing roadmap and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM, forecast bookings, and report weekly to leadership.

Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma, or related field.
  • 0-3 years B2B sales experience in healthcare or diagnostics markets.
  • Demonstrated track record exceeding quarterly revenue quotas.
  • Established network across hospital microbiology, pathology, or infection-control units.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho and MS Office.

Preferred

  • Exposure to genomic sequencing, NGS, or antimicrobial stewardship solutions.
  • MBA or formal sales certification.
  • Ability to navigate public-sector tenders and institutional buying groups.

This is a full-time on-site role based in major metros across India, requiring regular domestic travel to customer locations.
