We are looking for motivated and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our growth. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create business proposals.
• Attend meetings with clients and prospects, present company services, and close deals.
• Keep track of leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Graduates or candidates enrolled in graduation.
