Job Description

We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you’ll help identify, engage, and convert potential clients while working closely with founders, startup leaders, and SMEs. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to B2B sales strategy, lead generation, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound calls
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery/demo calls with decision-makers
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and target sectors
  • Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up emails
  • Collaborate with internal consulting and strategy teams for client onboarding and delivery
  • Attend virtual client meetings, presentations, and review sessions
