Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects and leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads through effective communication and active listening to understand their needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with sales team members to develop and implement targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent Gigaversity at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and promote our products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering (Min 1 Year Edtech Exp).
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a goal-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve results.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Odoo, Zoho or any other CRM's)
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and sales techniques.
• Located in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
