Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: UL Cyberpark,Calicut

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and nurture international leads through research, outreach, and networking.
Understand client requirements, propose customized business solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.
Conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
Coordinate with technical, digital, and operations teams to create compelling business proposals.
Maintain client data and interaction logs using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets while maintaining strong client retention.
Identify opportunities for partnership expansion, cross-selling, and service upgrades.
Represent the company professionally in online forums, client calls, and B2B meetings.
Monitor industry and market trends to anticipate customer needs and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Business Development / International Sales / Client Relations.
Excellent English communication (spoken and written) with a professional client-handling approach.
Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM, Google Suite, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Meet, WhatsApp Business).
Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
