Enrollment Support: Assist students through the enrollment process, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources. Follow up with prospective students to answer questions and address concerns. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment statuses. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and current students. Address and resolve any issues or concerns students may have regarding their courses.
