Job Description

Qualifications: Graduate Shift Timings: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Experience: Minimum of 6 Months to 2 years of experience in Sales. Key Responsibilities: Student Consultation: Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their language learning goals and needs. Recommend suitable courses and learning paths based on individual assessments. Provide detailed information about course offerings, schedules, and enrollment procedures. Enrollment Support: Assist students through the enrollment process, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources. Follow up with prospective students to answer questions and address concerns. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment statuses. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and current students. Address and resolve any issues or concerns students may have regarding their courses. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and supportive student experience. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with diverse student populations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and office software. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Tamil. Personal Attributes: Empathy and a genuine desire to help students succeed. Patience and strong listening skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
