Job Description Position Title: Business Development Executive Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office) Languages: Tamil, English Experience: Freshers and Experienced Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Timings: 8:30am to 5:30pm Job Summary: The Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in guiding prospective and current students through the selection and enrollment process for English language courses. This position involves understanding the individual needs and goals of the learners, recommending appropriate courses, and providing ongoing support to ensure a positive and successful learning experience. Key Responsibilities: Student Consultation: Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their language learning goals and needs. Recommend suitable courses and learning paths based on individual assessments. Provide detailed information about course offerings, schedules, and enrollment procedures. Enrollment Support: Assist students through the enrollment process, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources. Follow up with prospective students to answer questions and address concerns. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment statuses. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and current students. Address and resolve any issues or concerns students may have regarding their courses. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and supportive student experience. Qualifications: Any Graduate Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: Freshers and Experienced Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with diverse student populations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and office software. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Tamil.
