Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate with at least 1 year of experience to support our sales and partnership efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for relationship-building, and a hunger to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand service offerings and align solutions with client needs.
• Track sales metrics and report on pipeline progress.
• Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent Dexxion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a fast learner.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
