Job Description

As a Business Development Associate, you will support the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, creating proposals, and helping generate IT-based leads. Complete training will be provided to ensure you understand the services, platforms, and business development processes.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development (IT Focused)

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and digital services industry.
• Pitch proposals and present tailored IT solutions to clients.
• Handle Upwork bidding and other online lead-generation activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Work closely with the project and technical teams for smooth coordination.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Communicate with clients professionally and address their inquiries.
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing connections.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling IT services.

3. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements.
• Track client requests and ensure timely communication.
• Assist in preparing proposals, documentation, and presentations.

Requirements

• B.Tech in IT/CS (preferred) or strong IT knowledge.
• Basic understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and software development processes.
• Familiarity with Upwork bidding is a plus (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Freshers with IT background are encouraged to apply.
