Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Page Handler to manage our social media and marketing pages and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in various social media platforms. They must have a proven track record in developing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Additionally, they must have the ability to create engaging humorous meme based content.

Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Strategy Development: Create and implement effective social media strategies to increase audience engagement.
• Analyse social media data and metrics to track the performance of campaigns, content, and overall social media presence, and provide regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure the organisation's social media strategy remains relevant and effective.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
• Specifically handle and grow various Instagram meme marketing pages, ensuring consistent and humorous content that aligns with our brand.
• Conduct regular audits of social media channels to ensure that all content and interactions adhere to the brand's voice, values, and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
• Understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
• Excellent social media strategizing skills to increase engagement.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and experience in creating and managing ad campaigns to reach specific target audiences.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
