Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) – IT Sales & Lead Generation Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-Site) Experience: Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time CTC: 3 to 5 LPA Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Associate with a strong background in IT sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, and similar B2B portals, driving new business and contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities ● Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc. ● Generate qualified leads through outbound techniques, email marketing, and digital networking. ● Build and maintain a sales pipeline through CRM tools. ● Collaborate with internal teams (technical & design) to understand service offerings and tailor pitches accordingly. ● Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients. ● Track competition and industry trends to identify new opportunities. ● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills and Qualifications ● Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales, lead generation, or business development. ● Strong knowledge and practical usage of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, Upwork, and B2B marketplaces. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Ability to draft business proposals, presentations, and sales documentation. ● Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. ● Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar. ● Self-motivated with a result-driven approach. Preferred Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. ● Prior experience in a similar role at a digital or software development agency. ● Knowledge of SEO, web/app development, and tech stack fundamentals is a plus.
