Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated Business Development professional to drive growth by generating leads, managing customer relationships, and leveraging our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate high-quality leads

- CRM Management: Manage CRM system, develop strategies for customer engagement and retention

- Business Development: Build relationships with key stakeholders and identify new opportunities

- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and CRM management

- Strong understanding of the biosciences research industry

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

Basic Requirements:

- Male candidates preferred

- Willingness to travel
