Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting MNCs, HNIs, and Ultra HNIs. Generate leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
New Business Pitches: Play an integral role in pitching to potential clients and ensuring effective on-boarding of new customers.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals and serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, handling all inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Identify the decision makers in the organization and keep pitching to potential clients and ensuring effective on-boarding of new customers, Along with research on the profiles through R&D platforms.
Engagement & Pipeline Development: Conduct consistent engagement through meetings, tele-calling, and site inspections to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
After an inquiry is generated and assigned, the Business Development (BD) professional must collaborate with the sales team to drive closures. They should actively support the sales process and accompany the team in meetings wherever their presence is required.
