Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating client contracts, and contributing to strategic planning. This role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  • Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance, etc.) to tailor offerings.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads.
  • Track and report on sales activities and results using CRM systems.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [insert relevant industry: tech, finance, healthcare, etc.].
  • Knowledge of B2B and/or B2C sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
