Job Title: Business Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, etc.
• Identify, create, and bid on relevant IT projects (Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, Digital Marketing,etc.).
• Write winning proposals with clear understanding of client requirements.
• Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing with international clients.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate project delivery timelines and solutions.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and upsell additional services.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and lead generation targets.
• Keep updated with latest IT trends and market demands.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in business development / bidding on freelancing portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
• Strong communication and proposal writing skills in English.
• Understanding of IT services and solutions (Web, Mobile, Software Development, AI/ML, Digital Marketing).
• Ability to handle international clients independently.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
