We are looking for Business Coordinator who will be exposed to below (domestic & international) onuses:

Job Responsibilities:
1.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Be watchful on the (billable & non-billable) resources/ shuffling from the cost/ margin viewpoint subject to the project times lines, etc.
- Keep the close track on the clients timely (India and US office) invoicing and payments thereof through the stakeholders
- Facilitating IT infra support across the projects, with the help through IT dept and HR department.
- Participate in the clients (online/ offline) meetings along with the project managers, BU heads, business consultants, etc.
- Creating, reviewing, and standardizing various SOW, MSA, TO, PO, etc.
- Timely coordination with the international Ambassador program
- Making the organizational key announcements at the departmental heads.
- Assist in setting up additional companies and Offices registrations, certifications, working locations, diversity certifications, legal requirements, etc.

- Be abreast with the costing budgets across all the overheads with the help of finance department.
- Keeping the close eye on the NPAs to ensure zero/ minimal costs & to take required corrective & preventive actions.
- Keeping the hawk’s eye on the cost deviations across the various costs.

- Assist proactively on various social media campaigns with the Business Development team for products & service offerings
- Supporting the business presentations, aids, etc. for the business development team.
- Facilitating the support to BD team in brand promotions at different platforms
- Support in creative arts towards different business offerings, events, etc.
4.
- Manage the social media accounts for the CEO.
- Coordinate the company social media presence e.g. websites, LinkedIn, etc.
- Assist in employer branding.
- Supporting the business presentations, aids, etc for the business development team.
5.
- Calendar Management, MoM with follow-ups as needed.
- Gathering data to prepare for the meetings & approvals from time to time.
- Write content for various publications and platforms.
- Day to day coordination with Sr. leadership, SBU Heads, HRBPs, etc. by maintaining the diplomacy and assisting CEO with the collated updates succinctly.
- Travel arrangements domestic & International
- Diplomatic in dealing with others while upfront when communicating with CEO.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Correspond with Clients, Consultants, Suppliers, or Internal Staff on behalf of the CEO
6.
- Collating & making the (Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports from different departments
- Sharing the reports, matrices with the management for different strategic business decisions
- Giving best analytic support to the management using the SMEs across the department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business operations management, preferably from IT, ITes.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
