Qbits is a comprehensive offering that includes an advanced digital platform (an LMS that includes a digital book, concept videos, coding practice, lesson plan, assignments, auto-grading, projects, teacher dashboard, integrated development environment, etc), curriculum textbooks, and teacher training (teacher manual and online training). We intend to replace the existing curriculum, textbooks and software/applications used by schools, as part of the existing computer science, coding and AI curriculum, with our Qbits offering. Job Summary We seek a dynamic and experienced Manager to spearhead the promotion of Qbits, by acquiring new customers (schools) and retaining the existing schools through renewals. This role involves strategising and implementing effective sales plans in the respective territory, nurturing relationships with educational stakeholders, and driving sales. This role also involves ensuring the yearly renewal of existing customers and exploring the possibility of upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively in the respective territory. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers in schools. Meet sales targets while contributing to the companys overall revenue objectives. Renewals of existing customers (school) and upselling to increase revenue. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Administration. Proven track record in sales in the school education sector in India. Strong existing relationships with schools in the respective territory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Minimum Work Experience: 3 Years This is a remote position focused on the Mumbai and Pune regions. Strategic Initiatives Manager Reports to: CEO / Founders Location: Hybrid / Remote Type: Full-time Overview The Strategic Initiatives Manager works closely with the CEO and Founders to drive strategic projects, improve operations, and ensure smooth coordination across all teams at Qubits including product, content, technology, and customer success. This role is central to how Qubits executes its vision: ensuring priorities are clear, teams are aligned, and key initiatives move forward efficiently. The position combines strategic planning , program management , and operational execution with the goal of creating a scalable, data-driven foundation for growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Coordination Partner with the CEO/Founders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans. Coordinate execution across multiple departments content, tech, customer success, and partnerships. Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability through clear goals, timelines, and progress reviews. Act as a central point of contact for project status, updates, and dependencies. 2. Project and Program Oversight Manage key company initiatives end-to-end, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope. Identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain project visibility for leadership. Drive follow-ups from leadership and team meetings, ensuring decisions are implemented. Create structured progress trackers for all active initiatives. 3. Process Improvement Map existing workflows and recommend improvements for speed and efficiency. Implement processes for customer onboarding, internal feedback collection, and reporting. Standardize documentation and create operational playbooks for recurring tasks and processes. 4. Reporting and Insights Consolidate weekly and monthly progress updates across departments for the CEO/Founders. Develop dashboards and reports that highlight performance metrics, risks, and outcomes. Gather and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. 5. Special Initiatives Lead or assist in high-impact cross-functional projects and new business initiatives. Support the CEO/Founders with strategy execution, market research, and investor materials. Represent the CEOs office in internal meetings, ensuring follow-through and alignment on key priorities. Qualifications 3–8 years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategy roles — preferably in startups, EdTech, or SaaS environments. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and ensuring timely delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to summarize complex updates clearly. Experience with productivity tools like Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Performance Indicators Timely and consistent delivery of company-wide projects.
