Role Overview

Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage Cisco switches, wireless LAN controllers (WLC), and access points.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Palo Alto and Cisco FTD firewalls.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize Cisco SD-WAN solutions.
• Handle vendor circuit provisioning, escalation, and troubleshooting for WAN/LAN connectivity.
• Perform end-to-end network troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incidents.
• Ensure network security, availability, and scalability in line with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network changes and upgrades.
• Provide

  On-Call (rotational) support

  for critical incidents.
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years

  of hands-on experience in network engineering/administration.
• Strong expertise in:
• Cisco Switching & Routing
• Cisco WLC and wireless technologies
• Palo Alto and Cisco FTD firewalls
• Cisco SD-WAN
• Vendor circuit management & troubleshooting
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to drive issues independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage On-Call support rotations.
• Relevant certifications (CCNP, PCNSE, SD-WAN Specialist, etc.) are a plus.
