Position Overview

Senior / Lead Developers

end-to-end application development, architecture design, performance optimization, and production support

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable, resilient applications.
• Translate business/functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Drive system analysis, architecture design, and technical reviews.
• Create & maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ADO, Terraform) with integrated security scans (SonarQube, JFrog).
• Mentor and guide junior developers, enforce coding standards & best practices.
• Optimize databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, AlloyDB, BigQuery) with focus on performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot production issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business) in Agile ceremonies.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Core Technical Skills (depending on role focus)

Java / Full-Stack Roles

• 812+ years hands-on in

  Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs

• Deep expertise in

  microservice architecture, containerization (OpenShift/Kubernetes)

  .
• Strong working experience with

  Angular (4+ years)

  .
• Knowledge of

  messaging queues (Kafka, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ)

  .
• Experience with

  DevSecOps pipelines, cloud deployments (GCP/Azure preferred)

  .

Cloud-Focused Roles (GCP / AlloyDB)

• GCP expertise:

  BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Spanner, AlloyDB

• 23+ years in

  AlloyDB database design, performance tuning, and migrations

  .
• Cloud-native services integration, CI/CD pipeline creation, Infrastructure-as-Code.
  

.NET with Angular Roles

• 8+ years of experience in

  .NET framework / .NET Core

  .
• 4+ years in

  Angular

  with strong front-end expertise.
• Solid experience with

  SQL / NoSQL databases

  and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Prior leadership experience (mentoring 2–3 developers).
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to

  Power BI, Golang, JSON, AMQP, Azure AD, WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss

• Strong grasp of

  performance testing, integration testing, and production support

• Excellent communication & critical thinking skills.
