Position Overview:

Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Application & API Development

  : Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure

  REST APIs

  and web applications using

  C#

  and

  .NET

  technologies.

• SQL Server Development

  : Write and optimize

  SQL queries

  and

  stored procedures

  for data manipulation, reporting, and integration with databases.

• Sunrise Platform Knowledge

  : Utilize

  Sunrise

  platform knowledge for system integration, understanding business workflows, and ensuring efficient data handling. Familiarity with

  Sunrise database schema

  is a significant plus.

• REST API Design & Development

  : Work on creating and maintaining

  RESTful APIs

  , ensuring seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party systems.

• Version Control with Git

  : Use

  Git

  for source code management, including branch management, code merging, and collaborative development in an Agile environment.

• Unit Testing

  : Write and maintain

  unit tests

  using frameworks like

  NUnit

  or

  MSTest

  to ensure code quality and catch defects early in the development lifecycle.

• Test Automation (SpecFlow)

  : While not mandatory, experience with

  SpecFlow

  for behavior-driven development (BDD) and automated testing is a plus.

• FHIR and C-CDA Integration

  : Knowledge of

  FHIR

  (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and

  C-CDA

  (Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture) standards is desirable, particularly for healthcare-related development.

• Agile Development

  : Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an

  Agile/Scrum

  environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.

• Code Reviews

  : Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and ensure best practices are followed.

• Troubleshooting and Debugging

  : Troubleshoot complex issues in both development and production environments, working closely with QA and operations teams to resolve them quickly.

• Documentation

  : Document design decisions, code changes, and development processes to maintain clear and accurate records for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications:

• C# & .NET Development

  : Strong proficiency in

  C#

  .NET Framework/Core

  for building web applications and APIs.

• SQL Server

  : Solid experience with

  SQL Server

  , including the ability to write complex

• Web API Development

• Sunrise Platform Knowledge

  is highly desired. Knowledge of workflows and data integration patterns within Sunrise is a plus.

• Version Control
