Role Summary:
The AMC Coordinator will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) — from initiation and renewal to service delivery and closure.
The role involves close coordination with customers, service engineers, and internal teams to ensure timely preventive maintenance, quick resolution of service calls, accurate documentation, and high customer satisfaction.
