AMC Coordinator Department: After Market Business Reporting To: Business Head Role Summary: The AMC Coordinator will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) — from initiation and renewal to service delivery and closure. The role involves close coordination with customers, service engineers, and internal teams to ensure timely preventive maintenance, quick resolution of service calls, accurate documentation, and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:1. AMC Management & Administration Maintain a centralized database of all AMC customers, including equipment details, contract start/end dates, and renewal status. Track contract expiries and proactively initiate renewal discussions with clients. Prepare AMC proposals and quotations in coordination with the sales and service teams. Ensure all contracts, amendments, and client approvals are properly filed and updated. 2. Service Coordination Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits as per AMC terms. Assign service calls to engineers and monitor progress until closure. Ensure spare parts, tools, and technical support are available to meet SLA commitments. Maintain daily/weekly call status updates and report pending cases to the Service Manager. 3. Customer Communication Act as the single point of contact for AMC clients. Notify customers in advance about scheduled maintenance and obtain approvals. Follow up on service performance, collect feedback, and resolve escalations in coordination with the technical team. Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships. 4. Billing & Documentation Coordinate with the accounts team for timely invoice generation for AMC contracts.
