Job Description

Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of UPS systems and related equipment.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS systems at customer locations.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including troubleshooting electrical and electronic faults.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Maintain detailed and accurate service reports, checklists, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all field activities.
Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and best practices.
Coordinate with the service coordination team for scheduling, spare parts, and escalations.
Support sales/service teams by identifying service opportunities and providing technical inputs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
