Role Overview

The Franchise Sales Executive will act as a business consultant to franchise partners, responsible for franchise acquisition, development, and performance management across the region. This role involves driving productivity, efficiency, and profitability of franchisees by implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring policy adherence, and fostering strong relationships.


Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Development & Acquisition

● Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners across the state.

● Develop expansion strategies aligned with company goals.

● Ensure franchisees are fully trained and aligned with business policies.

2. Business Growth & Performance

● Drive month-on-month growth in student recruitment and revenue.

● Develop annual business and marketing plans for the region.

● Monitor franchise performance metrics and optimize productivity.

3. Operational Excellence

● Ensure compliance with SOPs across all franchisees.

● Conduct periodic audits to maintain operational quality.

● Support franchisees in problem-solving and improving efficiency.

4. Market Analysis & Strategy

● Stay updated with education and study-abroad trends.

● Use data insights to design actionable business strategies.

● Continuously explore innovative ways to increase student leads.

5. Relationship Management

● Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners.

● Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships.

● Mediate conflicts and provide continuous guidance.

6. Leadership & Team Management

● Provide direction, mentoring, and feedback to franchise teams.

● Ensure alignment between central operations and regional execution.

7. Travel & Representation

● Travel extensively (approx. 3 weeks/month) to monitor and support franchisees.

● Represent the organization at events, expos, and local engagements.


Qualifications & Skills

● MBA/PGDM preferred with 5+ years of experience (at least 3+ years in managing Franchise Business).

● Strong background in education/edtech/telecom/retail industries.

● Agility to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

● Strong leadership, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills.

● Willingness to travel extensively.
