Job Description

As a Business Consultant to Franchise Partners, your role will involve acting as a strategic advisor to franchise partners in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kerala. You will be responsible for franchise acquisition, development, and performance management across the region, with a focus on driving productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new franchise partners in the state. - Developing expansion strategies aligned with company goals. - Ensuring that franchisees are fully trained and compliant with business policies. - Driving month-on-month growth in student recruitment and revenue. - Developing annual business and marketing plans for the region. - Monitoring franchise performance metrics and optimizing productivity. - Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all franchisees. - Conducting periodic audits to maintain operational quality. - Supporting franchisees in problem-solving and improving efficiency. - Staying updated with education and study-abroad trends. - Using data insights to design actionable business strategies. - Continuously exploring innovative ways to increase student leads. - Acting as the primary point of contact for franchise partners. - Building and nurturing strong, long-term partnerships. - Mediating conflicts and providing continuous guidance. - Providing direction, mentoring, and feedback to franchise teams. - Ensuring alignment between central operations and regional execution. - Traveling extensively (approximately 3 weeks/month) to monitor and support franchisees. - Representing the organization at events, expos, and local engagements. Qualifications & Skills: - MBA/PGDM preferred with a minimum of 5 years of experience (at least 3 years in managing Franchise Business). - Strong background in education/edtech/telecom/retail industries. - Agility to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments. - Strong leadership, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills. - Willingness to travel extensively.,
