We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), specifically Medidata Rave. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the implementation and optimization of CTMS Rave solutions.

Job Summary:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

- Analyze and map clinical trial workflows to CTMS Rave functionalities

- Support configuration and customization of CTMS Rave modules

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements

- Facilitate UAT and training sessions for end users

- Create functional specifications and user stories

- Liaise with technical team

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
