Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Consultant to drive the adoption of ConnectedMind’s mental health solutions across corporate clients. This role involves consultative selling, client engagement, and relationship management to develop impactful corporate partnerships. Travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings is required. Training will be provided on programs, sales methodology, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate ConnectedMind’s mental health programs to HR leaders and wellness managers.
• Identify opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate, and close corporate deals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize client engagement.
• Share market insights and client feedback to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
• Experience in B2B sales or corporate engagement is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and open to travel.
• Passionate about mental health advocacy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
