The role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets in both sectors. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the Solar and FMCG markets. Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable product solutions. Promote products through presentations, demos, and marketing campaigns. Generate and follow up on leads from various channels (field visits, calls, social media, exhibitions). Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and dealers for FMCG product placement. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Prepare sales reports and share insights with the management team. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. experience in sales and marketing (Solar/FMCG sector preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Knowledge of solar energy products and FMCG sales channels is an advantage.
