Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Consultant role located in Khanna, Punjab. The Business Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business operations, offering strategic consulting, and identifying areas for improvement to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include providing financial insights, collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, strategic planning, and consistent performance monitoring to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in Analytical Skills, with a focus on data interpretation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting, with expertise in enhancing operational efficiencies and strategic decision-making
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and deliver clear, actionable insights
• Solid understanding of Finance, including budget analysis, cost management, and financial planning
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software for business analytics
