Job Summary:

Technical Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery of Business Central implementations and NAV-to-BC migration projects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Perform hands-on development using C/AL, AL, extensions, and APIs as needed.
• Conduct technical assessments of NAV/BC On prem environments and define migration strategies to BC Cloud.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
• Ensure compliance with performance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and technical presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
• Proven experience in leading NAV to Business Central migration projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with C/AL, AL programming, extensions, and Business Central APIs.
• Hands on experience in MS SQL server and .NET framework/.NET core.
• Solid understanding of functional modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps pipelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central are highly desirable.
