About the Role We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive with proven experience in the US market. This role is critical in driving top-of-funnel engagement through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach, backed by strong database management and marketing automation skills. The ideal candidate must be hands-on with ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and ActiveCampaign to identify, engage, and qualify leads for Inatech software products. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage US-based prospects using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other research tools. Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads. Segment and manage the marketing database to ensure clean and targeted communication. Execute nurture sequences using HubSpot or ActiveCampaign, and track engagement. Qualify leads based on defined BANT criteria and set up meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate activity logs and lead status updates in the CRM. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategy. Requirements Mandatory experience prospecting in the US market (min. 1 year). Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo for lead sourcing and segmentation. 1–3 years in outbound sales, SDR, or lead generation role in a B2B SaaS environment. Proficiency in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or equivalent marketing automation platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and structured outreach style. Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet outreach KPIs. Nice to Have Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lusha. Exposure to ABM or multi-channel demand generation. Experience in remote or cross-time-zone team setups. Experience in Petroleum industry software products.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a strong understanding of its functional modules . This role involves leading technical delivery, especially migrations from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central , while also contributing hands-on to development and solution design. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical delivery of Business Central implementations and NAV-to-BC migration projects. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Architect and implement scalable solutions including customizations, integrations, and data migrations. Perform hands-on development using C/AL, AL, extensions, and APIs as needed. Conduct technical assessments of NAV/BC On prem environments and define migration strategies to BC Cloud. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments. Ensure compliance with performance, security, and regulatory standards. Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and technical presentations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central. Proven experience in leading NAV to Business Central migration projects. Strong hands-on experience with C/AL, AL programming, extensions, and Business Central APIs. Hands on experience in MS SQL server and .NET framework/.NET core. Solid understanding of functional modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus. Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps pipelines. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
