Responsibilities
Roles & responsibilitiesIn this role, the designer will be producing high-end creative presentations, comprehensive layouts and designs for marketing collaterals, proposals, and client deliverables. The position is at the center of a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to think strategically and respond quickly to changing priorities.This role will focus on conceptualization, prototyping and production of design deliverables based on the company’s global brand. Project management, communication and prioritization skills are key.
- Produce high-quality visually enhanced presentations, layouts, reports and manuals, ensuring they meet brand standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and present design concepts and solutions effectively.
- Review documents for accuracy, consistency and compliance with brand standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices within the team.
- Contribute to the development of design strategies and concepts for projects, campaigns or brand initiatives.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow as designers.
- Streamline document workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
- Resolve issues or roadblocks that team members encounter during their work.
- Participate in project planning, estimate resource needs and set project milestones.
Qualifications
This role is for you if you have the below
Years Of Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of design experience in creative adaption, presentation design, conceptualization, layout design, campaign design and client relationship management.
Educational Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent in graphic design or related field.
Technical skills
- Expert in PowerPoint and other MS-Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience in InDesign and other relevant tools is good to have.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of complex visualizations and the ability to explain the thought process behind them.
- Possess solid creative knowledge, consistently bringing innovative solutions and delivering client service excellence.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and a keen eye for typography, spacing and layout.
- Strong consultative skills to work with internal creative team or our clients to define direction and align to priorities.
- An aptitude for initiative and innovation.
- Proactively being aware of design trends and cultural design aesthetics of US geography.
