This includes identifying optimisations and influencing senior leaders from Engineering and Product, in addition to Finance.The acquisition of Refinitiv by the LSEG in 2021 has resulted in a sophisticated finance organization. LSEG now operates on two Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) systems – Oracle EBS (LSEG) and SAP ECC6 (Refinitiv). As a result of the different heritage systems, LSEG also operates dual business processes, control environments and data structures. We have selected Oracle Fusion as a single ERPM platform for the new combined organization, mobilized the programme and are currently starting our ERP deployment.The Business Architecture Director has a lead role to define E2E process and data structure within our ERP and wider ecosystem. You hereby continue to develop and transform a coordinated E2E process view, using a scalable approach and cohesive framework without losing sight of the bigger picture.You work closely with the EPM and ERP platform lead as well with a counterpart in Engineering to align technical solutions with business needs. The Business Architect works with the various Global Process & Data Owners, and provides direct input into the governance cycle that supports the achievement of key goals, planning and execution of various business scenarios.

- Providing direct input into governance across EPM and ERP platform, hereby represent partners engagement across finance, technology, operations, regulatory and the businesses
- Leadership of identifying programme dependencies across all related projects
- Key member of the Business Architecture team bringing thought leadership and groundbreaking experience to the group
- Work closely with the ‘platform’ leads to understand functional design and project E2E process impact.
- Translate E2E conceptual design into a logical, comprehensive data model for customers
- Business architecture lead for LE rationalization initiatives
- Owning M&A integration design - blueprint and assessment of future M&A activity
