Business Analyst

MBA in Telecom Management (Engineering background is a plus).

Job Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a key customer-facing role in transformation programs, consulting opportunities, and demand creation. In addition will also help in analyzing market trends, and customer demands and work on strategic initiatives to address that. This position involves deep engagement with stakeholders, process re-engineering, and enabling digital journeys through clear, actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage with customers business and technology teams to analyze their business needs and priorities and identify impacts on business domains including channels, CRM, catalogue configuration, billing, payments, resource inventory, and provisioning systems.

· Analyze and map as-is and to-be business processes across domains such as CRM, billing (BSS), and service provisioning (OSS), identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements

· Knowledge of eTOM L3/L4 process to conduct the workshop

· Gather business and technical requirements, analyze workflows and collaborate with stakeholders.

· Prepare user stories, requirement documents, and process models to support solution teams and document the business benefit against the requirements

· Work closely with Product Owners and Solution Architects team to arrive at a high-level budget estimate and design for the business requirement (including functional, and non-functional)

· Manage client engagement during scoping, analysis, and design delivery process

· Maintain requirement traceability matrix

· Assist with user acceptance testing, training sessions, and post-go-live support

· Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful transformation outcomes
