Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the Finance & Accounting (F&A) domain to support the development of an AI platform for accounting, auditing, and finance functions. Prior experience in F&A Outsourcing or Cognitive Business Operations is required. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and technical requirements for accounting, auditing, and finance. Conduct interviews and workshops with finance, audit, compliance, and IT teams to understand current workflows and identify automation needs. Analyze existing finance and audit processes, map current workflows, and identify areas for improvement through automation. Prepare clear business and functional specifications for the platform. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivery of agreed requirements. Develop and update business process models. Define and execute test cases; support user acceptance testing. Analyze financial data and create reports or dashboards as needed. Present findings and updates to stakeholders; support end-user training. Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing regulations, and identify related risks. Qualifications BTech/BBA/MBA-Finance or related field. Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in F&A Domain. Experience in F&A Outsourcing or Cognitive/AI-based Business Operations is required. Familiarity with finance and audit processes including compliance standards India & Global (ICAI, GST, SOX, IFRS, GAAP). Experience in process mapping, documentation, and process optimization. Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects is preferred. Proficiency in data analysis; experience with SQL or BI tools is an advantage.
