Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Chennai

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

 Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

 Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.

 Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

 Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment.

 Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and

process flows.

 Support in designing solution architecture with technical teams.

 Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide production support when

required.

 Ensure compliance with organizational and client standards in solution delivery.

 Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

 5+ years of proven experience as a Solution Analyst / Business Analyst.

 Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile

methodologies.

 Familiarity with UML, Use Cases, and Process Flow diagrams.

 Strong documentation and presentation skills.

 Technical knowledge in at least one of the following:

o Web & Mobile Application Development (Angular, React, Flutter, or

similar)

o Backend Technologies (Java, Node.js, .NET, or Python)

o Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure – added advantage)

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience working in client-facing roles.

 Exposure to ERP/CRM systems or large-scale enterprise applications.

 Knowledge of API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman).

 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
