Job Description (JD) for the Business Analyst role at FactoHR:

Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers with strong analytical skills can also apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze processes, identify areas of improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Support the implementation of new systems, features, and processes within the company.
• Work closely with the HR, sales, and product teams to optimize business strategies.
• Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Assist in creating user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Conduct performance analysis to measure the impact of implemented solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and payroll systems (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in working with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana (preferred).
• - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
