We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with US healthcare experienceto join our Customer Service Product Engineering teamThe Business Analyst acts as a crucial link between business needs and technology solutions focused onimproving customer service within the US healthcare landscapeThe ideal candidate has strong analytical abilitiesexcellent communication and interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of business operations and IT systems

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs gather detailed requirementsand define project objectives and scopeTranslate business needs into clear and well structured requirements documentationincluding business requirements documents BRDs functional requirements specifications FRSuser stories and use cases Analyze and document current state processes and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with product owners developers and testers to ensure a clear understanding of requirementsParticipate in testing and validating new systems and processes including user acceptance testing UATto ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standardsParticipate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progressPrioritize requirements and communicate findings and recommendations effectivelyIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues escalating appropriately and providing recommendations and solutions to resolve them

Qualifications

Required Bachelor degreeProven experience typically 3 to 7 years f experience in Business Analysis preferably within the US healthcare industryStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent communication interpersonal and presentation skillsProficiency in using business analysis tools and techniquesAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred But Not Mandatory

Experience in customer service or benefits administration of US Healthcare Customer Service AGM Pega Frame work ExperienceExperience working with Pega applicationsFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesShift Week off No
