Job Description

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather , analyse and document detailed business requirement through workshops , Interviews and surveys.
Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation such as business requirement documents (BRD),user stories , Use cases and functional specifications .
Perform data analysis to support business decisions and create dashboards ,reports and visualizations for tracking key metrics
Support project management activities , space including monitoring project time lines , deliverables and resolving issue to ensure on -time delivery .
Participate in testing and validation process ,Including preparing and executing test cases, managing UAT and ensuring business requirements are met.
Identify , document and track defects or issues , coordinating with technical teams for timely resolution .
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications .
Utilize Business analysis tools such as MS Excel ,PowerPoint ,JIRA, experience with Agile /Scrum methodologies preferred.
Apply data analysis and visualization skills using tools like Tableau & figma experience in process mapping tools(Viso, Bizagi)is a advantage.
