We are Hiring Experience Business Analyst for Freelancer/Upwork. Experience: 1+Years Time: Night Shift Only Primary Responsibilities Project Hunting Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork that match the company’s services (e.g., web development, design, SEO, writing, etc.). Proposal Writing Draft and submit customized proposals that highlight skills, portfolio, and understanding of the client’s requirements. Avoid copy-paste bids; make each proposal client-focused. Client Communication Respond to client messages quickly. Ask relevant questions to clarify project scope. Negotiate budget, timeline, and deliverables. Collaboration with Internal Team Understand company services, strengths, and portfolio to pitch correctly. Coordinate with project managers, developers, or designers to prepare accurate estimates. Maintaining Relationships Follow up with potential clients. Maintain long-term relationships for repeat projects. Targets & Reporting Meet weekly/monthly bidding targets. Report on proposals sent, responses received, and deals closed. Key Skills of an Upwork Bidder Strong written communication (excellent proposal writing). Understanding of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc. Knowledge of IT services or niche offerings (depending on company focus). Negotiation & sales skills.
