Role Overview:

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Sales and Product teams to deliver compelling product demos tailored to client needs.
Assist in drafting functional documents: BRD, FRD, user stories, and wireframes.
Actively contribute in client calls, workshops, and discovery sessions.
Collaborate with UI/UX and development teams to translate business problems into solutions.
Assist in proposal/RFP preparation with a focus on business use cases and product alignment.
Perform data analysis and build reports in Excel/Google Sheets for decision-making.
Support UAT planning, coordination, and validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in business analysis or customer-facing roles.
Confident in presenting software/product capabilities to prospects or internal stakeholders.
Good understanding of Agile/Waterfall and tools like Visio/Draw.io/Balsamiq/Pencil/Figma etc.
Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred / Additional Skills:

Experience giving demos or walkthroughs of SaaS or enterprise products.
Exposure to pre-sales, RFP analysis, and proposal writing.
Awareness of API integration concepts and light technical understanding.
